The Clerk said it was the best room on the hotel. I began to see what she saw. The walls had human oils at each switch and fixture. The room was filthy. The bed was made but no way eould you want to touch anything. I packed up and returned to the clerk asking for a refund he said no refunds only another room. I said if this room was the better room, then no way would I want another room. He kept the key, told me to leave. Said he was going to call the police. So i said if no refund, then give me the key for the room I paid for. He said no and I should leave. This happened all within 30 minutes of arrival. This kind of shady business practice will not be tolerated. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
