“Places in Napa, CA”
Comprising 3,800 acres in the eastern mountains above Napa, Kenzo Estate is a pristine natural preserve at the origin of the watershed. Three-percent of the Estate is dedicated to vineyards. All five red Bordeaux varieties and Sauvignon Blanc are represented. In pursuit of excellence, Kenzo Estate retains Master Vineyard Manager David Abreu and the refined winemaking talent of Heidi Barrett. Kenzo Tsujimoto acquired this land in 1990 and nurtured his enduring vision of the Estate for over two decades of planning and preparation.
An off-the-beaten-path escape preserving the Japanese tradition of being quietly awesome.
The Sip: Rindo, a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, petite verdot, and malbec.
The Snack: A smattering of seasonal dishes from Bouchon.
