“in the heart of the giant redwoods”
Whether you enjoy one of the many activities (swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc) on the Eel River, a stroll among the majestic redwoods, a drive down the Avenue of the Giants, or just peaceful camping, our goal is to provide a welcoming environment to allow you to connect not only with those you love, but with the person inside that you are allowed to discover in the quiet moments. We have plenty of sunshine, privacy, and on-site camp hosts with years of experience all working together efficiently to help restore human connection. And peace.
Not as nice as the state parks in the area, but in January, the only place with showers! Overall nice, great bathrooms and free showers.
The camp was clean. It has a nice park area for kids to play. There is a river close by you can swim in. Kids loved it. The site is right off the Avenue of the Giants which is really nice.
I'm sitting here with my main squeeze, next to a river with my fire cooking me a hobo dinner while drinking a whiskey coke. This place is my jam. I love it!
This place felt very homie. The owners were extremely nice and the facilities were very clean. The whole rv is surrounded by beautiful trees and a beautiful clear Creek that runs along beside it. My girls had fun trying to skip stones. The area is pretty leveled and it is really close to Ave of the Giants. We will definitely be going back to visit!
Owners are very nice, $10 less than other campgrounds during off season. Surrounded by a trailer park, and the campsites are out in the open no privacy or woodsy feeling at all despite being right off the Ave of The Giants. Good enough if you're just passing through and need a place to crash, but not true camping by my Oregonian standards.
Lovely place! Never mind the neighbors. Bathrooms are heated, even in winter.
The front desk people at check in were super helpful and really nice. Really nice campground, and great view. The showers and bathrooms weren’t open when we were there- that is the only downside- hopefully they will open soon!
