Stayed a week. Daily rate includes tax and fees. I wanted to stay a month for a lower monthly rate but they had nothing available. Neighbor told me that to get a monthly rate one had to sign up 6 months in advance. Parking is very close together. They do have a pool and hot tub however I didn't use them. Looked in on the showers but didn't use them either.
People were friendly. Gravel, mostly level, site. There are some permanent residents in one section of the park. Close to Morro Bay and Los Osos.
Weather here is moderate all year long however can get some marine layer fog. Some trees make it more palatable being parked so close to one another.

The staff were lovely and the campground was very clean, but boy are you jammed in tight. Zero privacy, with lots of seasonal campers, there’s no real traveller vibe.
Morro bay itself was lovely though.

Staying in the area for the month. Staff and management were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Grounds are clean, park is quiet and close to beach, stores and shopping. Full hookups and site was comfortable for our 37’ class A.
