“Family Campground & Play Lake”

Kamp Modoc Family Campground & Play Lake is snuggled amongst picturesque rolling hills, north of I-70 halfway between Dayton, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. We have over 280 spacious campsites in a variety of shaded and open settings. For those who do not currently own a camping trailer, we offer numerous vacation rentals, depending on your needs (Deluxe Lakefront Cabins, 3 Bedroom House, or Lakefront Sleeping Cabin), as well as Camper Rentals. Onsite activities include all the activities a camper would expect on a family campground plus additional features, such as our NEW JUMPING PAD and our newly redesigned SWIMMING ZONE which includes the Summit Express water slide and a 23′ SuperTramp Water Trampoline along with an expanded beach area. (Sun lovers will really love what we’ve done at the beach area.) We’ve added more themed activities for the family, too.

A great campground to bring kids and enjoy some summer fun. They have over 200 campsites with lots of things to do. Bathrooms are clean and in good shape, the lake is filled with toys for play including a large floating slide, there's also a playground that's in great shape and wagon rides for the kids throughout the day. Full-service sites are reasonably priced as well, although keep in mind there might be no WIFI and limited cellphone signal in the area.
