The Delicate Arch (52 feet tall) trail is 3 miles roundtrip and climbs 480 feet . A steadily uphill trail, you'll also pass the Wolfe Ranch cabin and a wall of Ute Indian petroglyphs.
Beautiful and unique hike. Much of the hike is going up a smooth rock mountain with full sun exposure. According to the locals, people die on this 3 mile hike every year. If you are going in the summer, definitely get an early start and bring plenty of water. If you are going at a time when the trail isn’t busy, it may be difficult to follow at times. Once you reach The Delicate Arch there is plenty of space to rest and take in the view. The arch itself is magnificent.
