The Sunset Grill is the former home of Charlie Steen, the Uranium King, who put Moab on the map in the 1950s. The upstairs dining room is converted from the four bedrooms of the home, and made into a spectacular dining Experience. John and Laurie Clayton are the owners of the Sunset Grill in Moab, Utah. We are the oldest operating restaurant in Moab. Our restaurant has been open since 1993 serving guests from all over the world. Moab is a destination location for Americas, Europeans as well as Asian and South American people. Our clientele have discriminating taste and regard the Sunset Grill as a premier dining experience.
