The Silk Road

Remember "appetizer" time during dinner?  The social time, where everybody shares a few house specialties? Your entire meal at The Silk Road *is* that fun experience; sharing a multitude of fabulous flavors with your dinner partners.  Our Global Tasting Menu suggest food preparation categories such as Citrus Marinated, Crispy, From the Garden, Sweets, etc., each containing dramatic and exciting flavors, as wells as both subtle and sublime. Dishes are priced $4 to $8, and are all listed from different regions or countries of origin. Order 2-4 dishes per person, and allow the food to come out in waves. A true Global Tasting Experience. Seasonally, we graciously ask our guests to vote on the next Global Tasting Menu, allowing us to claim a new "guest driven menu" every few months, creating a unique level of participation that restaurateurs and "foodies" alike have never seen before. This Silk Road is a new adventure in global cuisine and old-world hospitality!
