Using techniques and recipes learned from the world famous pit masters of Saint Louis, we bring Missoula BBQ as it’s meant to be. We begin cooking every morning at 4am and only cook enough to get us through the day. You can be sure that what you’re eating is fresh and made with love, but come get it while it’s hot! When we sell out of food, we shut our doors for the day. Come taste the classics; ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket. Or try something you probably won’t find anywhere else like our pastrami, tri-tip, or smoked cranberry-cayenne chicken wings. Everything is smoked over local Cherry and Apple wood on site. Because we believe so strongly in the rubs we use on our meat and the technique involved, all the sauce comes on the side.
Food was excellent! Nice area to eat in and outdoors. We had our son with us and when we ordered we’re told they had chairs but when we sat down there was only one and it was in use so it was hard to keep him focused after being in the car so long. Other than that highly recommend!
