I know I should expect some tight spaces at an RV park, so take that for what it's worth. Other than that, the sites were clean, the bathrooms were nice, and the laundry room was big. The location to downtown was nice -- 10-15 min drive to anything you want to do in Missoula.

As RV parks go we've not been in one that is as well maintained as this one. The landscaping in particular is well done, flowers and trees everywhere, nice grass, clean sites and a clean laundry. The staff is very friendly, the sites are well spaced, bigger than most RV parks, Verizon service is fast and Missoula is an easy jump down the Interstate.

The negatives are some highway noise, a train that passes above and squeals through the turn (relatively infrequent), a firing range that can be pretty active especially on weekends and the most expensive dryers we've ever used.

Good spot overall, would definitely come back.

As full timer RVers, we've stayed in a lot of parks that claim to be spacious and friendly. This little gem of a park lives up to its claim, and then surpasses your expectations. The owners are avid gardeners and they take extraordinary pride in their property, assuring no matter which of their extra large sites you're in, you have something lovely right outside your door.

The washrooms sparkle, the laundromat was spotless and roomy; and the gathering hall is furnished with comfy chairs for reading or socializing. During the summer, they host live music on site, followed by a free ice cream social. There is always something going on at the park and, if that's not enough, they keep a whiteboard posted detailing what's going on around the area.

Clearly these folks want you to enjoy your visit to Missoula and come back soon.

We really enjoyed the feel of this park. We want to return to explore the area longer and would stay here again.

This is our second stay at Jum and Mary's. They do a great job keeping the campground clean and updated. Even with the cooler weather, they were gardening every day and putting in fresh flowers. They even have their own green houses.

Restroom facilities were clean and up to date. The laundry room had 4 newer topload washers (large capacity) and dryers. WiFi was slow.

Park has FHU with both pull though and back in sites. Park is very quiet with the exception of nearby trains a couple of times a day.

Be careful pulling out onto the busy highway.

A very nice commercial RV park, that clearly shows pride of ownership. The sites are large (long and wide), there are well cared flowers throughout the park as well as numerous garden sculptures. There is some train noise, but it typically did not disturb our sleep. A place we will certainly return to, when traveling through the area or if we want to return to the National Bison Range (about 40 minute drive north) or other area attractions.
The only disappointment (and not the RV park’s fault) is the town of Missoula does not offer oversized vehicle parking spots, at least that we could locate. For a town that partially relies on tourism and has three RV parks, that is short sighted on the town’s part in my opinion (i.e., our $s and likely those of others with dually trucks were spent elsewhere).

This may be the most immaculately cared for park we've been to. The owner's apparently love flowers. They have a couple of greenhouses on site and the park is decorated everywhere with them. There are plenty of mature trees. The service is friendly.

The only drawback is the noise -- a train track runs nearby, and there is a busy road nearby.

This a beautifully landscaped RV park filled with flowers. Nice amount of space between sites.
The ladies in the office were lovely and welcoming. They are Big Rig friendly, we had no problem navigating thru the park and leveling our coach. We did not use the restrooms or bath house, so no comment there. Very well cared for park and we would definitely return.

Though we normally prefer public parks, this welcoming private park is truly an excellent choice in the Missoula area. Sites are much wider than average for a private RV park, and nicely landscaped with lovely flower beds and garden sculptures throughout the park. The park staff are very visible in the park, working on the landscaping and keeping the office fully-staffed. The bathhouse and laundry room were modern and immaculately clean. Utilities worked well, including cable TV. Our particular site did not have a sewer hookup and the staff worked with us to let us temporarily use a FHU site to dump since, weirdly, the park does not have a dump station. The park is about 8 miles from Missoula, so it was within easy reach of the many destinations that Missoula offers. With the weekly rate & Good Sam discount, we paid less than we would pay for nearby Montana state parks! The office staff was uniformly friendly and able to provide good recommendations for activities in the area. The only negative for the park is that the adjacent Route 93 is a busy and loud road, and there is also train noise from nearby railroad tracks.

We did not use the park wifi since service on AT&T was plenty fast. AT&T download: 8.90 Mbps upload 9.99 Mbps

When staying at this park, check out the Smokejumper Center near the airport, which is about halfway between the RV park and town, for very interesting insight into how these wildland firefighters do their job. And of course, don't miss the many interesting breweries in town. We particularly liked the tour at Big Sky (check website for tour schedule) and the beer and German food at Bayern.

24 hour laundromat, tons of shade trees, gorgeous flowers, very clean, and pleasant staff. This is up there on our list of favorites. Missoula has everything you could possibly need as far as box stores go, there’s even a great local natural food store called Good Food Store. This park is about 15 minuets from town. Definitely check out the National Bison Range and Garden of 1,000 Buddhas. ATT and Verizon both worked well.
