“Flavors from the old world”
Taking traditional old world ingredients and infusing fresh products and made-from-scratch techniques, France, Italy, England, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Scandinavia, Northern Africa and just a smattering of Asia are all represented on the Blue’s Egg menu. Take a look and you’ll find these aren’t necessarily traditional meals. Rather, the menu blends the simplicity of old world ingredients, the timeless vision of immigrant cooking and the originality and sustainability of fresh concepts. We serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week and offer carry-out coffee and bakery. Here at Blue’s Egg, we hope to stay in everyone’s good graces. With that in mind, we serve a daily Egg Plate and donate $1 of every order to a different local charity each month. For the month of April, all donations will benefit Urban Ecology Center. So, stop in, order the Egg Plate and fill your belly while filling the need in our community. It’s a daily food special that means something very special.
