The Brewhouse Inn & Suites

The Pabst Blue Ribbon brewery was once renowned for its tours that engaged visitors with friendly service and a bottomless glass of brand advocacy. In that same spirit, The Brewhouse Inn and Suites (sometimes referred to around Milwaukee as The Pabst Hotel) is taking the idea of a simple stay and turning it into an experience. We don't view things like modern comforts, artful décor, unparalleled service and thoughtful green initiatives as extras, but rather an integral part of our culture. Our boutique hotel is part of Milwaukee’s visionary, new sustainable neighborhood called The Brewery. For more than 150 years, this downtown block was home to the Pabst brewery. Pabst vacated in the mid 90s and the complex was purchased by Joseph J. Zilber, a Milwaukee-based philanthropist. The 20-acre complex is being restored into a LEED-certified, Platinum-rated sustainable development. And at the center of this development is Brewhouse Inn and Suites, our 90-room, all-suite green hotel.
