Our Mills River Cidery offers complimentary tours on Saturdays and Sundays and daily hard cider tastings as well as pints, flights, food and even local craft beer. The Bold Rock Mills River Cidery opened in October 2015 and is nestled in some of North Carolina’s most fertile farmland just 20 minutes from Downtown Asheville. Visit to learn about the process behind our cider crafted from locally sourced Henderson County apples and enjoy expansive views of the production floor and bottling line. Our Mills River Cidery offers complimentary tours Saturday and Sunday at 1, 3, & 5 pm. We offer hard cider tastings as well as pints, flights and even local craft beer. The Bold Bites Mobile Kitchen offers freshly prepared BBQ and other Southern fixins’ all week and an expansive Cider Garden ensures plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
