Joe & Bristol Hibbert established Palate in 2012. Offering 32 Craft Beers on tap, crafted cocktails and 40 boutique wines under $40. Palate also uses locally sourced ingredients on the menu. The Palate menu changes with the season to make sure only the freshest ingredients are used. A Rustic "Glam" Farmhouse interior with mostly reclaimed furniture. Palate also has a wonderful tranquil patio with a lounge seating area to watch as the PureMichigan sun sets into the West. Palate is a great place for families, date nights, or cocktails in the bar. They host MANY events throughout the year featuring wine, craft beer, as well as their handcrafted cocktails. No reservations needed.
