Enveloping an outdoor lounge with a spectacular indoor dining room, both engage stunning views of Miami’s downtown skyline. The restaurant offers seating for 350 guests in a post-industrial warehouse outfitted in unexpected and sophisticated nautical touches. Dining accommodations include, the main dining room and bar, an exterior courtyard lounge, a luscious garden bar, a covered patio, and the new introduction to Seaspice, Modern Garden.

If Beyoncé and Jay-Z, David Beckham and Steven Tyler have all hit this seafood brasserie for their respective celebrations, then surely it's worthy of hosting your special day, too. It does have private dining rooms available for special events, but we strongly suggest calling months in advance and securing table 142 for a large party—the food might be a toss up, but you'll be so mesmerized by the IMAX-like views of downtown Miami that you might not even notice.

Celebrities from Jay Z to Khloe Kardashian have been seen at this always-crowded waterside restaurant. The look is beach luxury that somehow seems effortless, and the menu is small, featuring a mélange of items like flatbreads, mussels and pastas. The drink list is longer, which is fitting considering the lounge furniture and moderate club music. Let's be honest: You go for the view first and the food secondary.
