Chef Daniel Boulud’s new restaurant shares the energy and style of its renowned Manhattan counterpart,tailored to the rhythm of Miami life In addition to a welcoming dining area with striking contemporary design and soaring 16 foot ceilings, db Bistro Moderne also includes a stylish bar and lounge, a street-level terrace overlooking the Miami river and two private dining rooms accommodating up to 60 guests. The restaurant is located in the new 5 star in JW Marriott Marquis Downtown Miami.

The db Burger ($32) is world-renowned for a reason. We think it has something to do with the braised sirloin patty stuffed with short rib and foie gras. The Parmesan bun doesn't hurt, either

Finally, an excuse to pay $32 for the best burger in town! Daniel Boulud's fine dining experience caters to all kinds of occasions, but for a private soirée, we recommend reserving the Jalousie room, which seats up to 10 people. If you don't mind leaving some pals at home, go for the custom dinner for six in the wine tower—a high-tech, two-story refrigerated room with bottles dramatically stacked from floor to ceiling.
