This KOA is very well kept and managed. They offer back-in and pull-thru sites. Located in Meridian and just a mile off of I84.
Each site has FHU, a picnic table and a patch of grass. Sites are gravel and level.
This is VERY popular campground. Looked to be mostly full every night. There is a mix of some long term residents and visitors. Lot's of coming and going every day.
Back-in sites back right up to another sites. Side to side neighbors are very close. Between the close neighbors, the highway and a race track near by, it was tough to get a full night sleep.
Next time we visit this park, will pay extra for the pull through site. More space and less neighbors.

We stayed here for one night on our way to another destination. We needed full hook ups, propane refill, and laundry. This location was right off the interstate close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and easy to access. We stayed in a pull through site so we did not even need to unhitch from our truck. Pull through sites are a little close together but there is a nice level gravel pad with a cement slab, small patch of grass, and a nice picnic table. Nice trees for shade at most sites and we had full hook ups. Kids loved swimming in the indoor pool and riding bikes and scooters around the campground.

It’s a nice park don’t get us wrong. It has a nice indoor pool with hot tub. A game room with Puzzles, board games and 1 pool table, outdoor basketball, a small fire pit to sit around out front of the office.
Now for the not so nice stuff. We had been traveling for about 6 hours when my husband said let’s call the KOA and see if they have any available sites. I called and spoke Amy who said the computers were being used and she would have to call me back to see if they had anything available. I said sounds good I waited about 10min and she had not called back. I decided to go online and make my reservation. Nice pull through no problem. Amy finally called back 45min later and said they had no available sites for the night... weird.
When we went to bed there was at least 7 sites not filled. In the morning there was at least 5 of those sites not filled.
My suggestion would be to make your reservation online and skip the phone.

Customer service was great and speedy. The sites were clean. Some people stay long term but they are very separate from those that are visiting for a night. (Saw them on our walk around. They have a clean dog run. The sites are tight together. We are here for a quick stop while head back to Colorado from Oregon, for that reason this place is perfect.

After staying in this park, I now understand why KOAs sometimes come with a negative reputation. The sites are very tight, especially if you have a fifth wheel or travel trailer and need to park your tow vehicle. Our site neighbor was a permanent resident and continually spilled over into our site, even letting their cats run free all over the park.
The only nice feature - which was this cute canal running through the park, is completely blocked off by fencing so you can't even see it! Very happy we didn't pay extra for a site that backed up to it, because you just back up to... a fence.
Overall, not at all worth the price. (Although I will say their check-in crew was excellent - very nice and all wearing masks during COVID!)

I'll lead with the bad parts. Over 200 sites, roughly 70% long term. For the men, there were 2 toilets total, women 6 stalls. No seats within the shower stalls. Sites were a little tight. Seems like a lot of little rules that were not being applied equally, like not having anything under your trailer.
Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall the KOA was well maintained, clean and had an attractive appearance. Our site had a nice grass section and picnic table on a concrete pad with a shade tree.
There were other amenities that we did not partake of.

Like a lot of KOAs, it was near a freeway so at times, a lot of noise. Sites are close together but fairly level. All utilities worked. Indoor pool, clean rest rooms and laundry. A few dog parks around the park but no grassy area throughout the park to just walk your dog
Short walk to a few restaurants and even a bowling alley. Tire place on the corner of the street park is located on.
Friendly staff and would stay again.

I found the staff to be friendly and polite and the grounds clean. Was pretty full when we stayed but very quiet. Pet owners respected the leash requirement. Did not have any problem with us having 4 Danes with us (traveling back home from shows.)
On the down side spaces pretty small, and dog walk area wasn’t easily accessible from our parking area and was very small also. I think a fine place for those who don’t mind “cozy” but didn’t quite suit our needs. A bit on the pricey side but it is pretty much in town so of course their overhead would be high.
Getting to the location coming westbound on 84!was a bit of a challenge with a big rig during rush hour.

This was our first stay at a KOA. The sites are close and you kinda feel packed in like sardines, but this may be common at KOA’s. The kids liked it. They had nice laundry facilities and clean bathroom. The pool and hot tub were inside and fairly warm. The staff was kind. Overall nice place.
