Named for a beloved Beale Street bluesman, Automatic Slim’s has been a staple in the downtown Memphis dining scene for 20 years. Slim’s has always been known for its innovative food and lively bar. The menu changes regularly using fresh seasonal ingredients from local farmers. Aside from the excellent food Slim’s boasts the largest martini list in Memphis and has become known for its famous popsicle martinis.
