Ardent Studios

In 1959, a 15 year old John Fry wanted a name for his new studio and label. He looked to the dictionary and the answer was given: Ardent!  Located in Memphis, Tennessee’s historic Midtown District, we house 3 studios within our 10,000 square feet with in-house mastering and video editing suites. In our 40+ years, we have hoarded all types of audio gear and now have amassed a sizable collection of vintage equipment. Artists and former artists include early Led Zeppelin, James Taylor, ZZ Top, The Allman Brothers, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes, The Racontours and more!
