“Oregon Wine Country's Premier RV Park”
Tree-lined streets and soft grassy knolls are just part of the appeal of Olde Stone Village, McMinnville Oregon’s premier recreational vehicle park and community. Tucked into the rolling landscape of Yamhill County, the park offers easy access to highways, as well as McMinnville’s shops, restaurants, scenic vineyards, historic attractions and roadside produce stands stocked with your seasonal favorites. Olde Stone Village is immediately adjacent to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, home of the world famous “Spruce Goose” and Evergreen’s aviation-themed IMAX Theater. The Wings & Waves Water Park opened recently to rave reviews. Wings & Waves combines entertainment and education in one adrenaline-inducing fun family park. Designed with every age in mind, the Wings & Waves Water Park includes a variety of aquatic features, from play fountains for the little ones to a scream-inducing 62-floot slide of out the belly of a 747! Because children often learn best with hands-on displays the Water Park focuses on interactive exhibits designed to inspire a young interest in air and space. Not only can you have a fun day at the Water Park, but you can also have plenty to talk about afterwards. Go to evergreenmuseum.org for updates.

Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on July 26, 2021We only spent 2 days here but found the park to be very clean, staff were friendly, grounds were kept very tidy, power & water was good, spaces are pretty good sized for a private park, pretty easy to navigate.
Perfect park to stay at to visit the Aviation Museum, heck it's a easy walk on a dedicated trail from the park directly to the museum.
We had someplace to be otherwise I would have liked to stay for a week and toured more of the area. Next time.

Visited McMinnville for a long weekend and we spent two nights at Olde Stone Village (after spending the first night camping in the Museum's parking lot).
Olde Stone Village Village is a combination RV Campground and mobile/manufactured home community; the campground and housing areas are connected but separate. There appeared to be a lot of long-term visitors in the RV area, but everything was very neat and clean. The park has a 15-year old RV restriction, but they appeared to be pretty easy-going as they let a 25-year old conversion bus in right in front of us without reservation.
The facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly. Spaces were all concrete pads with small strips of grass between the sites. Hook-ups were in great condition and well situated. Very nice picnic table/bench.
WiFi was very strong for a campground during off-peak times; we did experience the typical late-afternoon and early-evening slow-downs. Great AT&T signal. They have a large selection of DirecTV channels, but we didn't test that out.
There is a nice playground and pool area (pool was closed while we were there). The walkway is an added bonus for those visiting the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum (and Waterpark)...it makes getting to/from the park very easy and a great destination for a late evening stroll.
We spent three days in the McMinnville area: one day at the museum, one day at the water park, and a third day visiting local wineries. As mentioned above, we spent our first day (the museum day) parked in their parking lot and the next two days at the RV Park and this worked out well for us. It's a pretty easy jumping-off point for visiting the local wineries and farms. It's across the street from an airport, but we didn't really notice the noise.

Discounts for good Sam, level cement slab, plenty of space big rigs with extra vehicles, clean restrooms, and laundry room, easy walking distance to Evergreen museum, close to downtown McMinnville good restaurants, multiple winery’s within 10 miles some in town, some noise from nearby highway didn’t bother us, wifi was spotty some times

Welcoming. Clean, safe and all sites are pull through. This rv park is really designed for large rigs and for people who are staying for extended periods.
We looked sort of weird in our NuCamp TAB 400 next to rvs that were so big they had two sewer outlets.
No desire to raise our shades since there is no privacy on either side.
Cable hookup was fun but the internet connection was seriously flawed.
Gave us easy access to the wineries.

Only drawback is it’s close to an airport that trains helicopter pilots

Clean, well maintained. Next to a great museum, there's a walking trail to the museum. Good hook-ups. Nice laundry room and restrooms. Navigable interior roads. Wide spaces, all concrete. Next to it is an well maintained manufactured home park. Outdoor pool, basketball court. A lot of rules for kids. Staff was friendly. McMinnville is a nice town. The biggest downsize is McMinnville is not an "easy" town to get to, there is a lot of changing of roads and highways before you can get to anything significant, including I-5. It was about 2 hours from the coast and about over an hour to Portland area. But a nice park for few days stay. There is some highway nice, but tolerable, and the airport across the street has helicopter noise, especially in the morning.

We booked this location because we could walk from our site to the museum and it was perfect for that. Our site was paved and level and the park is manicured and well tended. The bathrooms include showers and are very clean. Our site was listed as a pull-thru but in practice you have to back out of the site because it’s located at the end of the street and the turn is too tight to make with a trailer. Note, the wi-fi signal is strong but bandwidth is poor and kept dropping off — could barely read the news and our email. Also, the park is about 1 mile downwind of a factory farm and the odor can be pretty obnoxious when the wind is from the NE.

Olde Stone Village exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully landscaped, the sites are well laid out, and the pool was open (after Labor Day). This is a perfect home base to explore the countless wineries and high-end restaurants of McMinnville, Carlton, and the surrounding areas. The walkway and paths around the Evergreen museum are great for walking or biking. Our site was sloped which required some extra blocks to level. Also, the laundry needed a little work - hairy rug and broken washer the entire week. The wifi was not the best, but full cellular signal. The farm smell was strong at times - but brought me back to my childhood.... The wines of the Willamette Valley will not disappoint and the upgraded tasting experience due to COVID were really nice. Also, nice to travel in Oregon where people are masked. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We’re generally not fans of RV parks, preferring state or regional parks. However, Olde Stone met all our needs and was a comfortable and convenient place to stay close to McMinnville. Pads were level and wide enough. We were fortunate to have an end site. Grounds were beautifully landscaped and the park is clearly taken care of. Showers and restrooms were always clean and seemed to be lightly used. Laundry was affordable and convenient. It was a hot few days while we were there and the sparkling blue swimming pool looked very tempting, but unfortunately it doesn’t open until after Memorial Day.
As other reviews mention, there is some noise from the airfield next door, but it didn’t bother us.
We’d stay again if in the area!
