Belknap Hot Springs RV Park

Hi all. I was surprised when I read some mixed reviews for Belknap- while there are things that can be improved, overall great spot. The river makes it! Highly suggest booking a river front spot on lower level.

The good stuff:
River - to look at and listen to.
Hot springs pools included in RV stay good way to start and end a day
Trails for exploring with doggies
Greenery and lots of flowers
There is a secret garden hidden in the trail system, so cool.

The not so good-
Spots are not huge,wider than they are long. The upper level spots looked really close together so research for best spot.
The main lodge bathroom is nice (only community showers though) but other camp baths are shabby and old
Bad connectivity

Things we loved in the area:
Sahahlie falls
Koosah falls
Tamolitch blue pool

Yoga and hanging with dogs at the secret garden in RV camp

We spent 3 nights here. A really pretty setting. We had a river view site. The sites are close to each other, but since we were a group of three trailers, it was fine. Hearing different experiences, the online reservations were much better. The gardens were amazing! So many pretty flowers and architectural things that made it amazing. Hidden garden is a must see! The tent sites are really dispersed, and very private. Many of them right along the river.
