Museum contains the exhibit, Against Their Will. The store contains books, t-shirts and souvenirs.
The museum was closed but I was able to take a quick photo. I look forward to visiting again when they reopen.
The woman on staff there was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me so much information before I even entered the museum area. I really enjoyed all of the pictures, explanations and testimonials. I haven’t known too much about internment before a web, but I certainly left having a wealth of information. One of the best museums I’ve seen in a long time. Well worth the stop, and a great learning experience for everyone. They don’t teach enough of this in school
One of the best museums in Eastern Arkansas. The museum shows the history of two separate Japanese Internment Camps Rohwer and Jerome. There are various images of camp life, displays and testimonies from those interred at the facility.
