People very friendly. Sites are pretty level dirt and gravel. Most sites aren't very long so need to manuever vehicle in. Also sites are pretty close together. WiFi is sporadic but this place is full. They have a pool which of course was closed for season. Laundry room had lots of washers and dryers.

we got there late but the lady on the phone (we had to call twice for directions it was dark lol) was real nice, when we got there checked in and a guy escorted us to our c spot. the only thing i hated was the lot was so far from being level it was ridiculous. in the morning i looked at quite a few other rigs around us and i saw that alot of the spots were far from being level, one guy put a 2x6 under his tires and his tires were still 1 inch off the ground, ours were 1-2 inches off the ground. other the that seemed like a nice park and if i needed to i would stay there again. o and if you wanted air tv, yu get like 80 channels or so. that was neat lol

This place is a situation. It's good. It's bad. It's ugly. Literally. We paid the weekly price - $224/week (2019)

The front office staff are incredibly nice - and the golf-cart guy who must guide you to your campsite was nice too. It's the closest place we found to Atlanta - and is near the airport (bonus for us in this situation). 50/30/20A + water + sewer. Pool (closed for winter), small playground, very small dog 'park' & decently large laundry room. Camp store is a bit disorganized, but sells pop and candy and a few other RV necessities. Was an old KOA, as the cabin doors still have KOA signage on them.

But holy hell - these sites are tight, especially with the abundance of big rigs in here (we're one). We had to position ourselves upon pulling into our site so that our slides (we only have sides on one side of our rig) did not ram into our neighbor's picnic table, which was teetering on the very small 'lawn' between us. Our site has no picnic table - just a drainage cap near our door. Our site was relatively level - but some are definitely not. Gravel/dirt mix situation on the sites.

Roads inside the campground are janky - some are paved, some are not. All are potholed and VERY slim.

A very noisy campground - high-way noise, air-conditioner noise, diesel trucks early in the morning noise, train noise, construction down the street noise.

Kids at the park mostly play in the campground roads as there doesn't appear to be much of a better option. The playground area is small - and limited. No grassy areas.

Walking/running at this park is the equivalent to treadmill. The road in/out of the park is narrow and no shoulder, so you're kind of relegated to walking up and down the park's aisles. People are friendly and wave at you from their small patches of 'lawn' though. There are no trails, no sidewalks.

There is propane, but I'll be damned if we were going to attempt to shimmy our rig into the area where you would need to shimmy to in order to fill up with it.

Disappointing park for sure. But it'll do in a pinch - and there doesn't seem to be a much better option in the vicinity. It was pretty full-up when in early February - probably like 5 open spots mixed throughout the park.

Free WiFi - pretty unusable when we tested it. No cable TV hoo-ups, but OTA gets tons of channels. AT&T towers in the area are overloaded for sure - and slow (we didn't speed test them, but it was painful). Verizon was kinder to us - 16mbps DOWN/ 42mbps UP during the daytime (10am) hours.

Friendly service, nice park, our site was level for the rig but not so much for the sitting/patio area. Great place to stay a while and visit Atlanta, as long as you have a vehicle.

Overall, we would not stay here again. RV life for us means friendly people, enjoyable campgrounds, and having a more relaxed lifestyle. The only reason we’d ever put up with a tight HOA that ruled with an iron fist, is if we were living in a huge house with a beautiful yard - NOT the smallest RV site we’ve ever stayed in essentially a gravel parking lot of a campground.

Pros:
-WiFi: They have fairly good WiFi with minimal issues through the week.
-Cost: we stayed a week and paid $224 for a special week rate- this equaled out to about $32 a night for a full-hookup spot
-Location: It’s about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta- which worked for us as we visited the city a few times.
-The ladies at the front office were very kind and nice

Cons: (there are many)
-There is literally no space. You are probably less than 3 or 4 feet from the other RVs next to you when slides are out.
-There are signs everywhere telling you what NOT to do. Versus the positive of reminding you the good thing to do. It’s such a negative and strict atmosphere.
-Negative atmosphere creates unhappy people. Not a single person said hi to us one time. No one was sitting outside enjoying the day or even doing a fire (there are pits but not enough space to sit around them). It was the quietest, most unfriendly place we’ve ever stayed.
-While they allow dogs, they are not at all dog friendly. There are signs on literally every available small patch of grass on the campground that say no pets in this area. And they make you take your dogs to an incredibly small dog run to even walk on grass. The dog run is maybe 10ftx30ft- and they could have tripled it with all the available unused grass around it. It was ridiculous. My dogs were sadly cooped up all week- because there is not even a place to take them on a longer walk because of the location of the park.
-CON that trumps them all- The manager of this place, VJ, does not know what customer service means. We have been full time RV living for 4 months and have never had an encounter with a campground manager in any negative way- and here we had 2 terrible interactions with him. One of which left me in tears.
-We are good people who follow rules- I’m literally the person that reads the rules line by line because I’m type A like that. Well I was berated on 2 occasions about my dogs. First time, because I had them tied to a lead while I was sitting there working while watching them. I wanted to have some time for them to literally get sunshine and I cannot walk them to the dog run more than the 3x a day I was already doing.
-He sped over in his golf cart and immediately started barking at me that I’m breaking the rules and within the first minute that we’re blacklisted from coming again. The rules specifically state “Pets must kept on 6ft. leash or tied at all times.” I immediately said I would bring them in but the rules were confusing and tried saying they are tied and he kept yelling that it had to be a 6ft. Leash. I continually referenced the word OR- and he kept saying I was wrong. I knew it was going nowhere and left and took the dogs inside while he angrily radioed to the front office that I would be blacklisted.

Later, when my fiancé called him about it- he must have realized he was wrong- and said that I broke another rule of leaving them unattended which is why he was upset. He referenced nothing about that to me. If he had- it would have been another story because I would have admitted that I was wrong as I had left them unattended to step inside to make lunch for 10 minutes (mind you my stuff was still on the outside picnic table where I had been working).

Again- we are good people and good dog owners and pick up our dog poo immediately. We are extra anxious about it and have dog bags strapped to every leash, and have a scooper and bucket for when they’re close to the RV. We were away one day and got an angry voicemail telling us we need to clean up after our pets and the exact location of 2 dog poo piles we did not clean up on our site. ON TOP OF IT, when we got pack, I had to pick up a package and he had left an aggressive post it note on my package with an underlined “Clean up after your pet!” When we returned to clean up the 2 piles, we could barely find them because they were covered under some taller grass and they had white mold on them and had hardened so much that I doubt they were even our dogs. We cleaned them up regardless and wouldn’t have even been mad had he asked us in a friendly manner... but the way he speaks to his guests is intolerable.

We will never ever stay here again and suggest you skip the stress of this place. If you don’t have animals and you’re looking for a quick one night stop, then maybe. But honestly a rest stop would work just as well.

I will start with the Pro: It was very close and acceptable to the freeway.
Cons: absolutely no amenities.
-The dog park is maybe 10‘ x 20‘
-The dog park is the largest piece of the grass at the facility
-no pool even though they say it’s seasonal
-The playground equipment is from the 1950s
-less than half of the laundry machine work
-The spaces are so crammed together the picnic table is on the adjacent sites poop tube
-there is no community space
-A mobile hotspot is advised because Internet is horrible
-If you have children don’t plan on them having fun at this RV park

The park was easy to find if you follow the directions listed on their web site. There is a lot of construction going on as you near the park so it could be confusing. There is pavement all the way including inside the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. This is the only park we have encountered that adds a surcharge if you pay by credit card. Not cool.

Our site, 06 was a dirt based pull through that was just barely long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water cable and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is super close even for an urban park. There was not even enough room for the small picnic table. There was no grass or even gravel between sites just weedy dirt. Each site has a small table and fortunately NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was dumpy and dirty. Many permanent sites that were cluttered with “stuff”.

The park included FREE wifi was worthless. The cable TV was fuzzy and I believe it is a known problem as we were given a trouble shooting hand out on what to do “before calling the office” as part of our arrival package. Many people (including us) has their OTA antenna in use.. There were plenty OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers nor did we check on there condition.

There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a poor overnighter. We paid $45.90 per night and we feel we received fair poor value. We will never be back.

We stayed one night and it works good for a stop over. It seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. You were not close enough to go into Atlanta or Macon.
