Showers were either dirty or old. The whole place looks like when people left they left their junk behind.

This is a perfect overnight stop. The access to the highway is easy, but it is very loud because of the proximity. This is a no frills rv stop.
They have full hook ups with cable. All of the spots are pull through. It is on the banks of the Delaware river, but that is all the stop has to offer.
We would stop here again when traveling north or south.

Traveling from Maine to Florida in December/January can be a challenge. Tri State is perfectly located so my first night on the road I have an open campground with full hookups. Easy to get to from I84. No frills but perfect for a nights stay in the winter and on my return in the spring.

Convenient location right off Interstate 84. We enjoyed the Deleware River along the park and were surprised to find a tunnel that goes under the Hwy to the older part of town. There were a few local restaurants there and one happened to have a car show the evening we were in town. Only about a dozen cars, but fun nonetheless.
The RV park doesn’t have trees, they do a good job of separating the long term folks and their sites weren’t cluttered with extra cars, etc. the laundry facility was very clean and $2 to wash.
We happened to be heading south to Lancaster the next morning and spotted a few nicer parks along the way, but this was was convenient and check was a breeze. Do plan to sleep with ear plugs if you’re sensitive to loud trucks and cars on a nearby Hwy.
The wifi there was useless

Tri-State RV Park is easy on and off the highway, there is road noise. Friendly staff to bring you to your site, cable included. The place is clean, and set up well for overnights. We stayed 5 nights, waiting for a campground to open in MA. There are nice old towns to explore nearby, Milford and Port Jarvis with antiques, coffee shops, old inns and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was a ride up Rt 97 along the Delaware River. Spotted 6 bald eagles!

Cons: sewage hook-up at our site was wonky, lots of highway noise
Pros: Super convenient, pretty walk along the river

Yes, you are right next to I-84, but ok if just passing through. The only reason we stayed so long was thet this was the only camp close to family; consequently we spent most of the time away. A sound wall would go towards better abatement but doubt if State would do so. The views of the river & access is very nice. Sites are gravel and when rains some have drainage problems. Men's bath house is improved more than the women's when we were there, however, the stall doors need replacing. The women's side is worse, showers are dirty and not the fiberglass inserts that the men have. (hopefully that improves). Driveways have too many potholes and all the gravel could use a good grading. Perhaps one day they'll pave like the parking lot and area around the Riverview Entertainment Facility. Utilities are fine, location to commerce is great so provisioning is no problem - Tractor Supply, Walmart, Lowe's & Home Depot are all in the area. Diesel & Gas is close by but are not so RV friendly - if using towable, unhook. Lots to do around the area, National Wildlife Refuge is must see with water falls & trails. Milton is a quaint PA town ripe for exploring.

We stayed here for 2 nights while traveling through. The campground is small and a bit rundown. The sites are on the smaller size. The gem is the beautiful grounds, river, and parklike setting. Lots of wildlife around. We had a FHU 30/50 amp.

Spent a week in Vermont and needed a place to dump before putting our trailer back in storage. Very few campground open in Jan/Feb. and dump stations on east coast are hard to find. No frills RV Park—open all year with full hook ups! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Provided menus of restaurants in the area that deliver to campground. Sites are full hook up and have cable tv. WiFi available at office area only. (Clearly communicated-no WiFi at sites) Property is in a gorgeous location on the PA side of the Delaware River. Nice area down by the river. Sites are level and have gravel. It is located right of I-84 so yes, you can here traffic! There are showers/bathhouses and laundry but we did not use those facilities so I can’t comment on them. This is a perfect spot for a quick overnight stop at the tri-state (PA, NY, NJ) location. We were able to sleep, dump, and stay hooked up overnight so we were very happy with our stay. It’s not a KOA—so don’t expect that. You also aren’t paying for a KOA—very reasonable $47/night cash or $49/credit card. Definitely keeping this location in mind especially for winter availability.
