“discover the place that time forgot, but you never will”
Restored to its original splendor, the historic Landmark Inn is the crown jewel of beautiful Marquette, Michigan and welcomes travelers with a unique combination of old-world charm and modern-day convenience. The timeless world of European-inspired elegance is reflected in 62 individually designed guest rooms (many with Jacuzzis, fireplaces and spectacular views of majestic Lake Superior). Our entire hotel is 100% Smoke Free. The historic Landmark Inn has served the famous and infamous from Amelia Earhart and Abbott and Costello, to Louis Armstrong, and The Rolling Stones. You too can make history at the Landmark Inn. The Landmark is also haunted by the famous ghost of Amelia Earhart. She stayed here in 1932, and her room 502, is now named after her. Her ghost is said to visit from time to time.
There is so much history at the Landmark. Charming rooms, and the perfect location. Breakfast here is one of the best kept secrets in Marquette! Be sure to visit the North Star Lounge on the top floor to take in a fabulous view of Lake Superior.
