Victorian Lace Bed and Breakfast was built as a private residence and owned by the Stookey family for more than 70 years. Jim and Renee Condit are only the third owners of the property in the thirty years since the Stookey family lived in the home. The home was changed into a Bed and Breakfast in 1998.
