“you won't forget the food”
On January the 19th , 2010 we hung a shingle outside and opened The Red Eyed Mule. Our vision was to create "one of those places" that everyone remembers. Remembers the food, remembers the hospitality, remembers the people, but most of all remembers the overall experience. We have a simple menu as it allows us to focus on the quality aspect of the food. If you looking for a menu that resembles a small town's phone book, well that is not us. If your looking for the best biscuits and other breakfast items, that's us. If your looking for one of the best burgers around, that's us. Our promise to you is just that, very good food, not your typical setting, great people (mostly the customers!) and a place where everyone feels at home.
