Fresh Local Seafood from our boats and local commercial fisherman.
I got the fried Minuta which was supposed to be a house specialty and my God, was it! Beautiful dish, great taste, add some malt vinegar to bring out the fish's flavor. I also got a lobster croquet. It was not what I expected because it's a seafood paste inside the fried shell in sort of a cheesestick shape and I expected lump meat in more of a patty. But who cares, it was delicious! The shrimp rice was a truly hearty helping enjoyed by my guests with tons of shrimp! They had leftovers, I didn't!
