Clean and decent price. Don't pay extra for a "patio" or "balcony" was simply a shared porch with 2 other rooms (in the picture above, up the stairs). Plus there are seats outside of every room for you to enjoy the view. We didn't ask if the hot tub was open, as it was in front of the hotel off the main road (not very private at all). Breakfast was included, like cereal, donuts and fruit. Coffee was AOK. Would stay again.
