A nice place to stop and have your lunch along Highway 2. The breakwater is broad and in good condition and the little lighthouse, just 32 feet tall, is photogenic. You can meander along the beach, or there is a nice recreation trail that goes about 2 miles along the coast of Manistique - a very pretty little place. Even the laundromat, grocery store, and Big Boy have a lake view!
