We stayed here in Summer 2017. It is a beautiful, convenient park located very close to Mesa Verde Cliff dwellings. Also, there are horses next door and we were able to do some impromptu riding lessons!

Stayed 2 nights in an RV at the upper end of the RV park. The park was clean, and well cared for. I give 4 instead of 5 stars for only one reason. The only bathroom (and showers) with running water is at the front of the park where you check in. So it is long a walk to use it if you are at an RV site. They have put port-a-potties at the top so you don't have to walk so far but I like running water and no smell. Everything else was great especially the close location to Mesa Verde National park which was incredible.

Wonderful park! Stayed 2 nights. Clean, level sites, owners are wonderful! Hot tubs are super..easy access from hiwy 160.
