The Lake Mary campground is wedged between two sections of Lake Mary, above the Waterfalls. Lake Mary is by far the most popular campground at Mammoth, in fact, it just may be the busiest campground in this camping guide. It is located in the heart of the Upper Mammoth Region, which has a little bit for everyone. Waterfalls, hikes (short strolls and backpacking trips), fishing and the town of Mammoth Lakes is only 10 minutes away.
