Lucky's Bar & Grille

Lucky’s Bar & Grille was born in October of 2004 when five friends purchased the Oakcrest Tavern from the US Bankruptcy Court.  After the liquor license transfer was complete in January 2005, the friends renamed the bar Lucky’s Bar & Grille in February 2005.  The ownership structure has evolved over time and now principally owned by Rod Ripley. The success of the location continues as an established sports bar with over 30 TV’s and all major sports packages purchased to ensure you that your game will be on one of our TV’s.  The logo revolves around a red clover to highlight our close ties to the University of Wisconsin – Madison and their sporting events. Predecessor bars in this establishment include: Oakcrest Tavern (1996-2004), Terrazo’s, Brat und Brau, and Harmony House.
