All of the main touristy stuff in Luray is in the same building/central area, so you can walk from the Caverns to the Carriage Luseum to the Toy Museum to the Garden Maze, etc. The maze was lovely- very well kept, and had a fun scavenger hunt to make sure you see every corner. There's a patio lookout with a view of the maze and the mountains, great photo opportunity!
