With a wide variety of menu items, no wonder people claim we have “Darn Good Food.” Come in for a Well Crafted Beer, stay for the food Owned and managed by Joyce Bigham, Joe Keller, and LaTisha Keller, Triple J is the result of opportunity meeting West Texas know how. Serving Lubbock since 1978 through our Bigham’s Bar-B-Q restaurants we thought that the community needed a place to come and relax or to celebrate that served great food but didn’t cost an arm and a leg or make you feel like you needed a membership to belong. In 2006 Hub City Brewery closed leaving behind a historic building with world class brewing equipment. This was the opportunity we had been looking for, the opportunity to open up a restaurant that could provide West Texas with great food in a unique atmosphere.
