Cap*Rock Winery

Caprock Winery was designed with top-of-the-line wine-making equipment from US and international manufacturers to create its award-winning wines. The stunning Southwestern Mission style building houses a wine-making facility complete with presses, filtering systems, white and red fermentation rooms, a visitor center, barrel room, laboratories, kitchen and office space. Caprock Winery also functions as an event rental center, hosting numerous occasions such as weddings, luncheons, corporate parties and, of course, wine tasting.
