I stop here on my way back from visiting my brother in McKinleyville every trip! Sometimes I stop on the way there as well! The cheese is so good and they let you sample everything!

Unfortunately they do not offer a tour except when they are making cheese. We were there on a Wednesday and they said maybe Friday! I would call ahead to make sure they are making cheese. We sampled the cheese but there is nothing else to do there.

Loved this stop. Looks like the only store open in this little town but it's worth the stop if you like cheese. They have a beautiful garden with a fun scavenger hunt for kids. Keeps them busy while you pick your favorite cheese. There is also a grilled cheese bar in the back. It doesn't open until 10 but we waited and it was delicious!!! Num num!! Cheese is pricey (8.50-10 a block) but they have samples to try before you buy.
