The hotel sits beside the golf course on the first green and second fairway and features sweeping views of the golf course and mountains. The Golf and RV Resort Historic Beaver Dam Lodge dining room offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Cocktails and an extensive wine list are also available. Guests can enjoy a variety of cuisine options including flavors of the southwest. A pro shop, associated with the golf course, is located on-site. A concierge is available to assist with area attractions. Mesquite Sports and Events Complex is 25 minutes' drive away. Zion National Park is 1 hour and 25 minutes’ drive away. Fairly clean. Close to Hwy 91, noisy, no facilities. Majority of RVs long term.
Didn’t use the lodge/golf course. Good for one night.
Entrance to park hard to find. No lights and sign is very small.

We left Mesquite thinking this would be a nice spot by a golf course. It is very small and deep gravel. The pool and hot tub are defunct. The cable doesn’t work. For the price it was sorely lacking. The clerk was more interested in selling lottery tickets than helping RV customers.

This park is part of an old historic lodge that has rooms to rent, a golf course, a convention and meeting facility and a swimming pool. The RV park is a newer addition to the complex. The sites are clean full service and pull-through on even gravel. the perimeter of the RV spaces are asphalt roads. Landscaping is sparse. No shade trees but plenty of short bushy palm trees. There are NO Shower facilities and I think the pool is for lodge guests only.Very clean, neat and tidy.
