“Commemorate America's rich naval and maritime heritage”
The Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum is one of central Arkansas’ best kept secrets. Offering several guided tours, AIMM’s focus is to commemorate America's rich naval and maritime heritage through the preservation and exhibition of historic naval vessels with an emphasis on the era of World War II through the present.
we did not find this place via Roadtrippers but thought I would write a review here anyway. We loved seeing the turtles and the small museum. I was a little afraid of being able to get in and out of the submarine but had ho problems. Great tour and people! Glad we found it!
What a treat! We stopped here in the midst of an 8 hr road trip - very informative and everyone LOVED it!!
Amazing!!! Really nice tour guides, cool things to do, and the sub is just magnificent! Everyone needs to check it out
My first sub tour, the guides were very knowledgeable. I'm 6,4 280lb but I was still able to cross through the submarine with no issues.
