Then enjoy lunch at the Grill Room in the Linville Golf Club, where resort casual wear is appropriate for daytime meals. Dinner: We set a table for you nightly at The Eseeola, where a four-course meal with a choice of seven entrées is meticulously prepared by Chef Maisonhaute and his talented staff. Our menu is designed with seasonal freshness at the forefront, including a renowned seafood buffet on Thursday nights. Reservations are required—and gentlemen, please wear a coat for the evening meal.
