Perfect campground for families, with so many childrens activities and camp workers to give your kiddos plenty to do. Very close to the new hospital in Milford, DE. Only 25 min drive to Dover, DE

What a great experience! Nice grassy sites that are level. Beautiful concrete patios. The picnic tables were new and painted, not like the usual weather-beaten ones that we are afraid to sit on. The campground is well-maintained and even has nightly garbage pickup!
There were many activities for the kids, from hayrides to dances to outdoor movies. We traveled without any children and still had a good time. Although the facility is geared towards kids, it is quiet and peaceful.
We were not able to enjoy the pool, and it was too cold. However, it did appear in great condition and was very large.
The laundry facilities were good, and the general store was well stocked.
The WIFI worked fast most of the time.
We will definitely return next year!

We were here for a BBQ contest. Our site was a grass back in and was fairly level. There are not enough bath houses for a park this size. The bath house was always out of supplies and also a long way from the sites in the middle of the park. Lots of full timers there it seemed.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend for 2 nights at site 156. Having been to the Jellystone Lazy River in Gardiner NY, this was a completely different experience .
Pros:
availability- we booked a FHU site for Labor Day weekend without any problem. And no minimum night requirement.
Activities- the water park and pool were nice and we loved the DJ and kids party. Plus the on premises travel bar, Alcohauler was very festive
Cost- we paid $100 per night for the cheapest back in site. It seemed like a decent price.
Cons:
Cramped-Big rigs close together
Loosely Goosey - No security gate or bracelet requirement. This means anyone can invite their 15 cousins and 4 pickup trucks to their site. And they did! It was a little too much
Dirty- lots of little pieces of trash were everywhere all over our site. It was gross.

This campground is run by very nice people and we had a nice, big site. But, there are few if any mature trees, so it is similar to a grassy parking lot. There were few activities for young teens and the noise from the road could be heard. I think this is a newer Jellystone franchise addition, because there were not quite as many amenities as some of the other campgrounds run by that group.
