Meadowthorpe Cafe

The Meadowthorpe Cafe is located on Leestown Road, at the end of West Main and the beginning of the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood. The cafe features thirteen burgers, many named after the streets of Meadowthorpe, the Spalding burger served on the local Spalding Doughnut, as well as favorites like the grilled White Fish Panini The daily lunch special features a menu of moderately priced traditional favorites, influenced by family traditions and based upon time honored recipes handed down through generations It's scratch cooking at it's finest! The Meadowthorpe Cafe is owned and operated by Rachelle and Joe Collins, both life long residents of Lexington. Joe has been in the Restaurant business for over 30 years and has studied under some of the Top Chefs in America, and attended Sullivan University.
