This place is a joke. They charged us 70$ for background check and wanted $700/moth plus power. The site we are in was unleveled so my husband had to use shovel and move dirt around to be able to so so level it up. No concrete, full of rundown trailers and mobile homes. Unkept, rude and helpless management. Our gate card was not activated ( manager didn’t do her job) so first time we left the park after office hours, we couldn’t get back in! Wanted to stay 3 months to checkout the area but leaving after a week. Would not recommend anyone to stay here!
