So feel free to bring your own beer, wine, or liquor, NO COOLERS PLEASE. We do offer wine glasses and assorted mixers, which are available upon request.  Looking for a place to host a business party, wedding reception, or other event? Let us host your gathering and have our culinary team provide your party with quality food. We do offer a banquet hall that can suit most everyone's needs. We accept reservations for parties with a minimum of 20 people, up to a maximum of 150 people. All parties must be booked and confirmed by phone with management. We do not however accept reservation for smaller parties, therefore all other guest will be seated on a first-come first-serve basis. We recommend that parties smaller than 20 people call ahead to reduce their wait time.  On the grain-rich farms of the Midwest, the Earth’s greatest concentration of beef cattle is fed and fattened. Long periods of holding and transportation that produce shrinkage, bruising and toughness are completely eliminated. Each day experts carefully hand select superior carcasses from the huge IBP coolers to be broken for our use. Only government-graded, choice and prime carcasses are considered. Final selection is made on the bases of fat cover, meat texture, marbling, uniformity, and cutability. There is only one objective: To provide you with the finest beef possible.
