“Home to the American Pickers”

Antique Archaeology is tucked away in the historic Mississippi River town of LeClaire, Iowa. It’s the birthplace of Buffalo Bill. The two-story former fabrication shop now houses our best picks, a new merchandise store, and serves as the home base for the American Pickers Show. Stop in and poke around. Break the ice and make us an offer. Lookie-loos are always welcome. Mon. - Friday: 10am - 5pm Saturday : 10am - 5pm Sunday: 12pm - 5pm Just over the I-80 Bridge and north of the Quad Cities. It’s easy to find, just ask any of the friendly locals.

We stopped by Antique Archeology while riding the Great River Road from MN to Venice, La in 2013. Fun to see the American Pickers home

Completed my 3rd trip there today. Well worth the trip. Even if the cast isn't there plenty of show artifacts are!! Enjoy ;)

Le Claire riverfront is so charming! Antique Archaeology was a great pit stop to get out and stretch our legs! Very friendly staff!

Nice to see but mostly just branded cheap items from China. Very few actual items from the show or antique items to purchase. Fun quick stop if you are a fan of the show. The town is very nice and is worth a visit.

Having been to the Nashville one (albeit years ago), this one seemed to have less antiques, and more merch. HOWEVER, the antiques they did have seemed to be in a wider price ranger, more cheaper little and medium sized things.

Definitely a fun little stop. Got to see the van and purchase an antique! Wonderful nice ladies working there! Plenty of merch to choose from and lots of antiques (some NFS though).

Smaller than I envisioned but very interesting nonetheless. The little town is very quaint. Enjoyed our visit!
