If I could give a negative number I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. Roaches! We traveled for 2 days straight and stopped here to rest for a few days while we wait for our home to be ready. First problem: the room they gave us smelled like sewage and sulfur. The front desk clerk inspected the room after we complained and agreed that it was not up to minimal standards. So they put us into another room. It smelled better and we were so tired we just crashed. Yesterday we spent all day shopping for furniture and didn’t come back to the room until late. When we got settled in...a bug that looked like a roach was found crawling on me. My husband smashed it and threw it in the toilet. So we didn’t have evidence. We wake up today and there in the bathroom was a full grown adult roach. This time we killed it and took it to the front desk. The clerk seemed to not care and wasn’t going to accommodate. I had to throw a fit and demand to speak to the manager. The clerk was hesitant and said she is an hour away and offered me a business card and said she would take 10.00 off. I told her I want leaving the front desk until I talked with her. So she called the manager. The manager told me she didn’t want to listen to me and was argumentative. Finally after standing there pleading our case she finally said she would credit us one night. We packed up immediately and left. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else.
