“authentic Korean street food”
Opened in March 2010, Soyo is a small locally owned and operated barstaurant catering to the South-West side of Las Vegas. Owner David Sim opened Soyo with the intent of bringing authentic Korean street food and Korean culture to his restaurant. Soyo offers a range of Korean staple dishes such as ddukkochi (rice cake skewer and odenkkochi (oden skewer). Our retro decor will transport you to a night out in urban Korea. The latest K-Pop and Hip Hop hits make for a lively, modern atmosphere. So come join us under the patio and experience for the first time or relive fond memories of a truly authentic Korean atmosphere that can only be found at Soyo Korean Barstaurant.
