In building a Pancho’s in Summerlin, as he did with the Manhattan Beach location, owner Ab Lawrence has created a stunning restaurant featuring historical antiquities, furniture, paintings, stained glass windows and Tiffany style hanging chandeliers. Plants, trees and flowers complete the look and feel of a beautiful Mexican Hacienda. Many patrons consider Pancho’s to be one of the most beautiful restaurants in the United States!
