Confirmed by 6 users | Last reported on April 14, 2023Have stayed at this KOA the last 3 winters on the way to Arizona. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great doggie exercise area. Grounds are kept very clean. Sites are raked and clean as soon as someone pulls out. Bathrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are excellent. A bonus is the very pretty views of the night lights of Las Cruces. Highly recommend for an overnight stop or a few days stay!!
Called at 3pm, pulled in by 5:30! Great view. Clean amenities!
Stayed at this KOA on a recent trip to San Diego. Would definatly recommend springing for a premium site or view site. The service was excellent. Clean bathrooms and pool facilities. This place is short on shade and the pool was very refreshing!! We plan on going back when we can spend a few days there.
Las Cruces KOA Journey was a nice stop for us for a couple nights. We met up with some RV friends and got spots next to each other. The spots were easily accessible and the roads were wide enough to easily back into. The hook ups were also well located and easy to use. We stopped here as it had somewhat reasonable access to White Sands National Park (about an hour’s drive), and it was convenient as it was about a mile off I-10. They also let us borrow sleds for free to use at White Sands, so that was a perk. There were the standard amenities such as laundry, a playground, a pool, and a dog park. There was Wifi available, but it wasn’t the fastest when I tested it out. The sunsets are also fantastic at this point. Very friendly neighbors as well as front desk staff. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for a couple nights while on the road. We usually don't expect much out of a KOA Journey, but this place was great!
Nice, clean gravel pad, pool, super fast WiFi and an outdoor communal kitchen that is nicer than ours at home.
The only small issue is that Las Cruces is a very spread out city and the KOA is as far as can possibly be from White sands, but it is very close to I-10.
Very good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our 2days stay. We cycled into town and enjoyed the countryside scenery. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Great Laundry facilities and we had a magic red BBQ on site. Hardly any road noise.
Great wifi from where we were.
Can highly recommend this KOA RV park.

We had a spectacular view of the Mesilla Valley from campsite #15 — looking out at the Organ Mountains by day and the twinkling lights of the city by night. The site was long and level; not too close to our neighbors. Lots of big rigs in this park. Office and gift shop were exemplary. Showers were clean.

This is our 3rd stay at the Las Cruces KOA. It is easy on and off the freeway. It's clean, friendly staff and good wifi. What makes this KOA special is the views of the Organ Pipe Mountains. We try to get a "view" site and enjoy sitting outside our rig and watching the sunset and the lights of the town turn on. It's magical. This KOA is far enough off the highway so it's pretty quiet.

Clean, well managed park. Some of the pictures here show gravel, but all roads in the park are paved. Nice children’s play area, clean level sites (some with great views). Would highly recommend!

Nicely updated faculty with an awesome view. Very clean sites and main building. Restrooms still need a little work. Quiet at night. Pool not now open. Good ATT 5g signal.
