“serving locally sourced food”
Our grilled sandwiches are truly unique. Other chains use microwaves, pizza ovens, flattop grills or conveyor belts to heat their sandwiches. Our grilled sandwiches come from custom-made, high temperature gas grills that toast the outside of the bread and melt the cheese, heating the ingredients of the sandwich at the same time. As a result, you get this special blending of flavors you can't find anywhere else. This has been the backbone of our menu. We've consciously chosen to skip the commissary with the preserved foods most chains use and focus on making our sandwiches, soups (over 100 in our repertoire), and salads, fresh daily, at each restaurant. We've added new flavors and products including Buffalo chicken, avocado, pretzel sandwiches, and flatbread-but it's still all about fresh food, grilled sandwiches, and made-from-scratch food. You can taste the difference. Today, we locally source as much as we can including our desserts and local produce in season. Our customer-driven focus has allowed us to develop a reputation for delivering low carb and gluten-free alternatives to many of our menu items. We have worked to develop an award-winning Kid's Menu that has become a hit for parents who care about what their children eat.
